Deep Cleaning
from $299
Studio/1 bedroom + 1 bathroom base; +$40 per additional bedroom and +$50 per additional bathroom.
Recurring Standard
20% / 15% / 10% off
Weekly / every 2 weeks / monthly; discount applies to the Standard cleaning portion only.

What Standard and Deep Cleaning mean
The pilot keeps the offer narrow and repeatable. Deep Cleaning builds on the Standard checklist rather than becoming a separate unrelated service.

Standard Cleaning
- • General areas: dust accessible surfaces; vacuum accessible floors/carpets; mop hard floors; clean mirrors; empty normal household trash
- • General details: accessible windowsills, light cleaning of door handles/switches, spot-clean accessible doors, visible baseboard dust where needed
- • Kitchen: countertops, sink/faucet, stovetop surface, normal backsplash wipe-down, exterior appliances, cabinet fronts/handles, floor
- • Bathroom: toilet, sink/faucet, vanity exterior, mirror, bathtub/shower, accessible fixtures/surfaces, floor
- • Bedrooms/living spaces: accessible dusting, furniture exteriors, mirrors, windowsills, vacuuming, mopping where applicable, normal high-touch areas
Deep Cleaning
Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus a package of more detailed cleaning tasks.

- • Detailed baseboards, doors, door frames, switches, handles, corners, edges, and window tracks
- • Reachable vents/grilles and light fixtures; under/behind easily movable furniture
- • Kitchen: more detailed backsplash cleaning, grease/buildup around stovetop, cabinet fronts/handles, edges/corners, accessible areas under/behind small movable appliances
- • Bathroom: detailed grout, shower tracks, soap/buildup removal, behind toilet, fixtures, accessible mineral buildup, baseboards, exterior accessible vent
- • More detailed removal of accumulated dust and buildup in accessible areas
Not included in the base packages
- • Inside oven, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, microwave, interior windows, blinds, and balcony unless selected as add-ons
- • Laundry, ironing, clothing folding, and closet organization
- • Extra dish washing unless specifically reviewed
- • Full wall washing, restoration, or repair work
- • Heavy furniture moving
- • Exterior windows or high-access work requiring special equipment

Is the displayed amount the final price?
For standard arrangements, the calculator applies the current pilot v0.1 pricing rules. Open-ended layouts, unusual conditions, or heavily soiled homes require TissuCare confirmation.
What is the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Deep Cleaning includes the Standard Cleaning checklist plus the defined deep-detail package for accumulated soil and normally neglected accessible areas.
Which service can be recurring?
Recurring discounts currently apply to Standard Cleaning: 20% weekly, 15% every 2 weeks, and 10% every 4 weeks. Deep Cleaning is one-time in the pilot.
Does choosing a date and time reserve the appointment?
No. The date and time are your preference. The appointment is reserved only after TissuCare confirms it.
Are add-ons included in the starting price?
No. Add-ons are priced separately. In pilot v0.1, recurring discounts apply only to the Standard cleaning portion, not to add-ons.
Is post-construction cleaning available?
No. Post-construction cleaning is excluded from this pilot.
