Pet accidents, odours, and the parts you can’t see.
We inspect the area on site and combine targeted treatment with deep cleaning where appropriate. We tell you honestly what can improve; some smells and stains respond well, others only partially.

Why treat pet accidents early
The longer it sits, the deeper it gets
Pet accidents spread beyond the visible spot and can soak into padding, seams, and backing. Odour may fade and then return with humidity. Early assessment gives the best chance of improvement.
How it works
1
We assess the area before anything else
We check the fabric, affected zones, and likely depth of contamination before recommending a cleaning approach.
2
Targeted treatment on affected areas
The visible spot and surrounding area receive pre-treatment based on the fabric and the type of contamination.
3
Controlled cleaning and extraction
We clean with controlled moisture and extraction to reduce residue and avoid spreading the contamination.
4
Honest drying and aftercare advice
We explain what to expect, what may remain, and how to care for the area afterward.

Common questions
Do you clean pet accidents on sofas and mattresses?
Yes. Send photos so we can assess the material and likely depth of contamination.
Can you remove pet odour completely?
Sometimes, but not always. Surface odours often improve; deep contamination may only partially reduce.
Do you treat urine in cushion fill?
We can address the affected area, but deep contamination in the fill may not fully disappear.
Can you do same-day service?
Subject to schedule and access. Send photos and your location for availability.
